Brandon is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of the company. He oversees overall operations and business development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and core values. Brandon leads the leadership team, which includes the Vice President of Operations and the Vice President of Business Development, to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. His role encompasses high-level decision-making, fostering the company's culture, and building a foundation for sustainable success and market expansion.
Rona Hurst
VIce President, Operations
As the Vice President of Operations at Far North Supply, plays a critical role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. She ensures that the company's logistics, warehousing, and procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall supply chain. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, Rona manages teams responsible for reception, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources and warehouse functions, with a particular focus on optimizing operational workflows and maintaining quality control. By implementing streamlined processes, she helps Far North Supply maintain high standards in customer service and operational efficiency.
Steve Hitchcock
Vice President, Business Development
As the Vice President of Business Development at Far North Supply, leads efforts to expand the company’s market reach and drive revenue growth. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that align with the company's goals. Steve oversees a team of sales professionals who work directly with clients to fulfill their procurement and supply chain demands. In his role, Steve collaborates closely with other executives to ensure that business development initiatives are in harmony with the company's operations and long-term vision.
